It’s
a table topping clash at Meadowbank Stadium this Saturday as Gretna FC 2008 aim
to keep up the pressure on first placed Edinburgh City.
The
Citizens are unbeaten this season while Gretna are on a nine game winning
streak. One way or another something’s got to give this weekend!
City
won the league encounter earlier this season by two goals at Raydale but Gretna
feel they have improved since then and will be hoping to reverse the result
tomorrow.
At
stake is a playoff game against the Highland League champions and then the
chance to play for a place in the Scottish Second Division.
With
four games in hand and a two point advantage, City have to be the favourites;
but any slip up and Gretna will be there.
Any THREE slip ups and Gretna will be there, more like.
